Knox Nelson's complete line of products is sold through five bulk plant locations in Arkansas.  (See locations link on home page.)  Gasoline and diesel fuels are marketed through nine convenience stores, two automated fueling stations, as well as fueling stations located at our five bulk plant locations.

Company History

Knox Nelson became a commissioned Mobil agent in 1963 and was incorporated as Knox Nelson Oil Company on January 1, 1976. Contractual agreements for light products continued with Mobil until 1986. At that time, a motor fuel contract as well as an aviation fuels supply contract was signed with Phillips 66. In June 1992, a motor fuels contract was started with Citgo Petroleum which continues to make up the majority of the present retail store sales volume.   Knox Nelson Oil Company, Inc  offers a broad selection of fuels, oils, greases, other lubricants, and solvents for commercial, agricultural, aviation and consumer markets. With the engineering service and backup from three major oil companies and over 200 years of accumulated experience in the petroleum business, your special petroleum needs are solved with Knox Nelson Oil Company.

Circle N Inc. was formed January 30, 1991, to better serve our retail marketing needs and also to be ready to take advantage of retail marketing opportunities as they present themselves. Starting as one store in Pine Bluff, Circle N presently operates five stores while continuing to look for additional opportunities.

Lubrication Services Group LLC was formed in 2003 to better serve the growing service needs of our commercial and industrial lubricants customers. 

Warehouse Logistics Services LLC was formed in 2003 to provide inventory and MRO item storage solutions for manufacturing customers.

Lubricants and Fuels Transport LLC was formed in 2008 providing common carrier bulk petroleum transport services for Knox Nelson Oil Company and its customers.
